One of the biggest debates, for several diverse reasons, is whether or not to attend casting workshops. There are numerous organizations that sponsor this educational format, where a casting director, associate, or assistant will provide material for actors to read. Which organizations are the most respected? The best bargain? Do you have to audition to be accepted? And does a good performance in front of a casting agent guarantee you an audition in the future?
